ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Customer invoicing, deposits, and collections.
• Research and solve payment discrepancies.
• Standard and ad hoc reporting, reconciliation, and audit preparation.
• Cross-train to support other functions, including reception.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 2000, and Adobe Pro.
• Process-improvement focused.
• Friendly.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• 1-year accounting experience.
• Accounting degree preferable.
